Lucas Power Steering Stop Leak is totally effective in reducing slack, squeals, and hard spots in worn rack and pinions. Your results will be immediate and long lasting. If the system is leaking add Lucas Power Steering Stop Leak until leak stops, usually one bottle. Occasionally a second bottle is needed to completely stop some leaks. To eliminate squeals, whines and hard spots (morning sickness) some fluid must be sucked from the resevoir (about 6 - 12 ounces) before topping up with Lucas Power Steering Stop Leak to restore the condition of you power steering. NOT SUITABLE FOR ELECTRIC POWER STEERING PUMPS.
